I’m Paul-Ary. I grew up in the south of France, in a charming village near Antibes, where food, family, and conviviality are part of everyday life. From bustling morning markets filled with sun-ripened produce to long Sunday lunches that stretched into the afternoon, that atmosphere sparked my curiosity for flavors and for the joy of sharing good meals. Naturally, it pulled me into the kitchen.
I’m self-taught, and learning to cook became a creative outlet and a way to reconnect with my roots. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for French classics always with my own twist and a desire to bring warmth and generosity to the plate.
Travel has also played a huge role in shaping my cooking. From street food in Malaysia, seafood markets in Tokyo, to tapas in Spain each place has taught me something new—techniques, spices, ways of pairing textures and aromas. Those experiences constantly inspire me, and I love blending tradition and modernity to create dishes that are comforting, surprising, and deeply personal.
